Where do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the Continental USA*. We ship to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon at a flat rate of $100 plus any additional fees. Unfortunately we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

What currency am I paying with on this site?
All prices and charges listed are in Canadian Dollar (CAD). If you have a credit card issued by a financial institution in another country, you will be responsible for any possible exchange fees.

When will I get my order?
After you make your payment successfully, your order will be processed and will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Unless an express shipping method is requested, you will receive your order in 3 to 10 business days depending on your location. Orders shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut might take 15 to 20 business days to arrive and extra charges might apply. Most orders are shipped via Canpar Courrier.

Will I get a confirmation email after I place my order?
You will get a confirmation email with your order details upon paying successfully. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with the tracking information if applicable.
